Yummy Meatballs

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs Italian seasoning
OPTIONAL - small onion finely chopped (1/4 cup) - I make without onion

Heat over to 400, line 13x9 pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray

Mix all ingredients in bowl

Shape into balls (you'll have 15 to 22 balls depending on how big you make them)

Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle



-Let me tell you, normally I don't care for meatballs, but I love these!
